boAt products service request and warranty claim process

if you bought boAt products in retail stores approach them and claim a service warranty, If you bought boAt products on an online e-commerce website you can simply register a complaint on the boAt service website

The process to register complaint for warranty

  • goto boAt service website (boAt Service Website)
  • select Product Group and Product
  • Please give your location Pincode
  • submit
  • Provide your name as per the purchase invoice
  • provide your email and mobile number
  • you will get OTP, submit
  • Provide your address
  • select your product name from the list
  • select the problem you are facing (ex: low sound, not working, etc)
  • upload purchase invoice
  • provide purchase date as per invoice date
  • if you purchase Flipkart and amazon go to my orders and download the invoice
  • register 
  • you  will receive an email
  • courier partner will come to your address and will check for any physical damage
  • if any physical damage they would refuse to collect
  • no damage they will collect the product and send it to the boAt service center
  • after servicing they will send it back to your address
  • please carefully refer to emails that you are receiving from boAt
