boAt products service request and warranty claim process
if you bought boAt products in retail stores approach them and claim a service warranty, If you bought boAt products on an online e-commerce website you can simply register a complaint on the boAt service website
The process to register complaint for warranty
- goto boAt service website (boAt Service Website)
- select Product Group and Product
- Please give your location Pincode
- submit
- Provide your name as per the purchase invoice
- provide your email and mobile number
- you will get OTP, submit
- Provide your address
- select your product name from the list
- select the problem you are facing (ex: low sound, not working, etc)
- upload purchase invoice
- provide purchase date as per invoice date
- if you purchase Flipkart and amazon go to my orders and download the invoice
- register
- you will receive an email
- courier partner will come to your address and will check for any physical damage
- if any physical damage they would refuse to collect
- no damage they will collect the product and send it to the boAt service center
- after servicing they will send it back to your address
- please carefully refer to emails that you are receiving from boAt
